CONFIDENTIALITY: All information disclosed within sessions is confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission except where disclosure is required by law.

WHEN DISCLOSURE MAY BE REQUIRED: Some of the circumstances where disclosure is required or may be required by law are: where a client presents a danger to self, or to others or where a child is in imminent danger of abuse.

PAYMENT: I used PayPal to process card payments. I do not retain your financial information if you decide to pay for your sessions with either a debit or credit card.

CANCELLATION: The following policy applies to the first session onwards. Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification.

LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive late for your session, we will still need to finish at the correct time as I may have another client to see after your session. Also, if you are running late, I appreciate it if you can text or phone me to let me know.

MOBILE PHONE USE: Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off at the start of your session.
